This year, our MINDA team is looking forward to 9 electronics technicians for industrial engineering, 3 construction mechanics, 3 metal workers and 3 students in the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering.
Especially in terms of womanpower, MINDA is setting a new benchmark: All in all, 4 female electronics technicians are heading for their way with MINDA. Linnea, Luisa, Celine and Lisa told us that they have always been interested in electrics. Often influenced by their families, they got in touch with this subject at an early age. Then it was quickly decided with a twinkle in their eyes: Electronics as industrial art is more interesting than "women's stuff like cooking."
We are also very happy about our first female metal worker, Leonie, this year. An internship was decisive here, where Leonie could collect her first impressions of MINDA and subsequently decided in favor of her training here.
Among the students, Marleen has just started her studies for a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. She has always been interested in maths and physics and now wants to gain practical experience in addition to her studies.
However, MINDA is also strengthened by several new male trainees and students: 5 electronics technicians, 3 construction mechanics, 2 metal workers and 2 students in the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering.
Whether by means of a career investigation day, contact through MILEFA or by friends and family: The newcomers heard about MINDA through different channels. The possibility to study at MINDA after the apprenticeship was also emphasized.
We would like to offer a warm welcome to all new trainees and students and, on behalf of the management and all our colleagues, wish them a successful start into their future!
Welcome to Team MINDA!
